Minister of Foreign Affairs receives Max Planck Institute researcher

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Alberto van Klaveren, received today the researcher of the Max Planck Institute, Mariela Morales, who leads the Ius Constitutionale Commune Project in Latin America (ICCAL).
During the meeting, the work carried out by the German institution was discussed, and both parties expressed interest in working together in the region.
