Minister van Klaveren meets with Minister of State for Foreign Trade of the United Arab Emirates

Foreign Affairs Minister Alberto van Klaveren held a formal audience with the Minister of State for Foreign Trade of the United Arab Emirates, Thani Bin Ahmed Al Zeyouni, who is in Chile to explore trade and investment opportunities and to participate in the fourth round of negotiations of the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between the two countries.

During the meeting, the authorities agreed that the CEPA will be a milestone in bilateral relations and will contribute to the expansion of trade in goods and services, as well as expanding opportunities for producers and investors from Chile and the United Arab Emirates.
