Minister of Foreign Affairs Alberto van Klaveren accompanies the President in greeting to the Diplomatic Corps

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Alberto van Klaveren, accompanied the President of the Republic, Gabriel Boric, in the traditional greeting to the members of the Diplomatic Corps and representatives of international organizations in Chile.

At the ceremony, held at the Foreign Affairs Ministry, the President said that dialogue and diplomacy "are the ways to build a world that is safer, more sustainable and where we understand each other from a basic common perspective: that every human being, by the mere fact of being a human being, has the right to a dignified life and that his rights must be respected regardless of where he was born, that there are no first or second class human beings".

The Apostolic Nuncio Alberto Ortega, representative of the Holy See in Chile and dean of the Diplomatic Corps, also took part in the activity.
