Foreign Affairs Minister Accompanies President Boric in APEC Activities

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Alberto van Klaveren, accompanied President Gabriel Boric at the plenary session of the APEC Economic Leaders' Retreat (AELM), within the framework of the summit taking place in San Francisco, USA.

The main themes of the activity were sustainability, climate and fair energy transition; which were discussed according to APEC 2023 priorities: interconnection, innovation and inclusiveness.

Meanwhile, during the morning, the Foreign Affairs Minister, together with the Ministers of Transportation and Science, and the Undersecretary of International Economic Relations, accompanied the President of the Republic to an activity organized by Copec Wind Ventures, an initiative that promotes innovation and the use of renewable energies.
