Chilean government expresses sympathy for plane crash in Cuba

The Government of Chile deeply regrets today's tragic plane crash at the José Martí International Airport in Havana, Cuba.

This sad event meant the loss of more than a hundred lives, among passengers and crew.

The Government of Chile wishes to express its sincere condolences to the Cuban Government and to the families and friends of the victims and injured.

The Chilean Consul in Havana has been instructed to go to the José Martí International Airport to gather more information about what happened.
