This afternoon, the Under-Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Edgardo Riveros, met with Mexican Under-Secretary of Foreign Affairs for Latin America and the Caribbean, Socorro Flores Liera.
The authorities discussed various aspects of bilateral relations and reaffirmed the excellent moment between the two countries.
During the meeting, they highlighted their mutual interest in further deepening the various commitments within the Pacific Alliance (PA) and collaboration in matters of interest in regional and global multilateral organizations.
Furthermore, the officials stressed the coinciding visions that both countries share on key issues such as education, welfare, heritage and culture, environment, energy and cooperation, focusing mainly on Central America and the Caribbean.
After the meeting, Under-Secretary Flores Liera was greeted by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Heraldo Muñoz.
