Press Release regarding the admission of a Venezuelan citizen in the residence of the Chilean Ambassador in Caracas
This afternoon Judge Elenis del Valle Rodríguez, designated by Venezuela's National Assembly, entered the house of the Chilean Ambassador in Caracas, Pedro Felipe Ramírez, looking for political cover and she has been granted shelter as a guest.
Mrs. Del Valle Rodríguez has requested Chile's protection because of Venezuela's known political circumstances. Our country will proceed in this matter according to the legal and humanitarian principles that inspire its foreign policy.
