Minister Muñoz receives Director of the National Institute of Human Rights
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Heraldo Muñoz , met this morning with Lorena Fries , Director of the National institute of Human Rights (INHD), in order to discuss various topics on the human rights agenda of interest to our country.
During the meeting, there was an overall exchange of initiatives and proposals in this area as well as our country's participation in multitalented organizations and fora.
