Minister Ampuero participated in the Institutional Committee of Ministers

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Roberto Ampuero, participated today as a guest in the first session of the Institutional Committee of Ministers, which was held in the Council Chamber of the Cabinet of La Moneda. The panel addressed cybersecurity issues.

The Institutional Committee of Ministers aims to be a coordination instrument for the fulfilment of the presidential commitments contained in the 2018-2022 Government Programme. It is made up of the Minister of the Interior and Public Security, Andrés Chadwick; the Minister Secretary General of the Presidency, Gonzalo Blumel; the Minister Secretary General of the Government, Cecilia Pérez; the Minister of Finance, Felipe Larraín; and the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, Hernán Larraín.

Also present today as guests were the Minister of National Defense, Alberto Espina; the Undersecretary of Regional Development, Felipe Salaberry; and the presidential advisor on Cybersecurity, Jorge Atton.
