Foreign Minister accompanied President Bachelet at lunch for the Diplomatic Corps

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Heraldo Muñoz, accompanied the President of the Republic, Michelle Bachelet, at the end of the year lunch that the president offered to the Diplomatic Corps and representatives of international organizations accredited in Chile.

The lunch, which took place in the Courtyard of Las Camelias at the Palacio de La Moneda, was attended by ambassadors of the Holy See, Nicaragua, the Sovereign Military Order of Malta; South Africa, Venezuela, Turkey, Italy, Colombia, Palestine, Croatia, Spain, Egypt, Denmark, Switzerland, Sweden and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; Hungary, Panama, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Finland, Islamic Republic of Iran, New Zealand, Algeria, Costa Rica, Paraguay, Germany, Malaysia and Uruguay.

They were joined by representatives of the States of Kuwait, Russian Federation, France, the Argentine Republic, Mexico, Austria, Greece, Norway, the European Union, Israel, Romania, Peru, United States of America, Guatemala, Morocco, Australia and the Dominican Republic; Brazil, Korea, Netherlands, Jordan, Ecuador and Poland.

Business leaders from Libya, Haiti, the Philippines, Azerbaijan, Syria, Ukraine, Thailand, Cuba, China, the United Arab Emirates, Portugal, Belgium, Japan, El Salvador, Honduras and Bolivia also participated. Representatives of international organizations: Acnur, ECLAC, FAO, Flacso, IIca, IOM, PAHO/WHO, undP, Unesco, Unicef, Ceja, OEI, AUI, Aura, Gmto and Naoj.
